StudioZer0 Art Inc. Foriegner Everywhere 2024 Exhibition & Artist In Residence 2023/4

A collection of small artworks in a small pop up exhibition by a small group of Australian artists that came together in Studio Zer0 Art Incorporated on the strength of their invitations to exhibit with other international artists in a collateral event of the Big art show in the 60th Venice Biennale 2024

One of the artists, Lois Schenk is a Western Australian now residing in American River.

Lois’ immediate delight in Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Oil Distillery led her to approach Bev and Larry Turner and family about the possibility of working there on some artistic research for an exhibition for herself.

It was suggested that a small show at Emu Ridge would be a lovely way for the artists to show together before this international event.

Whilst Collateral Events Singing In the Dark Times in the Big show in Venice got taken off the Biennale programme and changed to The Nomadic Party ~ a now Parallel Event of The Foriegners Everywhere Venice Biennale Event 2024 theme that StudioZer0 Arts Inc. knew that this small show “must go on”.

Artists contributing to Forienger Everywhere, hail from Western Australia, New South Wales and mainland South Australia. They are posting their small works to Kangaroo Island to be shown in the old Macgillivray Post Office at Emu Ridge Oil Distillery during January 2024.

Studio Zer0 Art Inc. is still fundraising to send one artist, Dennis Noongali Kickett to exhibit in the international art exhibition The Nomadic Party in the Spazio Punch Gallery, in Venice, during the 2024 Biennale.

All proceeds from the exhibition are going to support Noongali attending this exhibition.
